Good pratices in the combat against human trafficking

“Have you dated that girl?” It was with these words in a tone of sobriety that a Portuguese police officer from SEF – Special Border Services, of Portugal, agency in charge of the immigration police of that country, while I was in Valencia do Ninho/Portugal and to whom I had told early in the morning that I needed to interrogate a victim from the state of Goiás/Brazil who had been taken to that country with the objective of sexual exploitation, after a recent deflagration of the OPERATION CASTANHOLA in which there were arrested Brazilians, Portuguese and Spanish people who, in an orchestrated manner, enticed and kept under captivation people brought from Brazil in condition of exploitation.
